A comfortable pad for exercising on floor

An exercise pad is made of foam. It contains a thick layer of foam that makes it different from a regular rug that has no layer of foam. The foam is covered with vinyl that prevents the foam from coming into contact with moisture and dust.

An exercise pad is a union of server pads. A large pad divided into several sections for convenience of the user. It is called foldable design and it adds more convenience to the pad. When folded, it becomes one pad of small size and dimension and on expanding; it can cover a large area.

The easy to use design makes it useful. The pad is spread on the floor on which it is to be used and attached to the floor with its straps. Every pad comes with Velcro or straps. The straps won’t stick to marble or tiled floor but the straps can stick to a carpeted floor.

A tumble mat could be 4x8 size with 3 inch thickness or it could be larger like 5x10 size with 3 inches thickness. But on folding, the pad would become a single piece. A large pad is made by joining several small pads. When folded, the pads are placed one over other.

A large tumble mat would look small in folds but on expanding, it would cover a large area. It can easily be spread on a surface and folded, when it isn’t in use. The easy to use design and lightweight makes an exercising pad a useful tool for health conscious folks.
